Hyrox Competition special

A HYROX competition is a standardized indoor fitness trail that combines eight times 1 km running with eight functional strength and endurance workouts (Ski ergo, slide sled, pull sled, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls). The aim is to complete the entire route in the fastest possible time. The winner can look forward to a surprise prize!

Day Pass for 50€ is available for guests (non-members). Please register in advance via the registration form. This guest card includes a visit to the club and use of all facilities (payable upon visit).
